Latitude Blue - Bali Blue Moon

Latitude Blue - Bali Blue Moon from Sailors Coffee Company is a bold tribute to the intersection of coffee, navigation, and adventure. Named for the latitude of Bali, Indonesia, a prime coffee-growing region between the Equator and the Tropic of Capricorn, this exceptional coffee also reflects the precision of nautical charting and the vast blue expanse of the ocean—symbolizing the endless pursuit of exploration.

Roasted to a smooth medium-dark, Latitude Blue delivers a rich and complex cup with tasting notes of baker’s chocolate, orange peel, juniper, and molasses, finishing clean and satisfying. Sourced from the Kintamani Highlands of Central Bali, this coffee is meticulously cultivated by farmers organized through Subak Abian (SA), a traditional Balinese farmer collective. Grown at elevations of 1,200-1,600 MASL in nutrient-rich volcanic loam soil, it is hand-picked, wet-hulled, and sun-dried in two stages on raised beds, preserving its depth of flavor. The blend of Bourbon, Typica, and Catimor varietals creates a balanced, full-bodied profile perfect for any adventure—on land or at sea.

Set your course for flavor with Latitude Blue - Bali Blue Moon and experience the journey in every sip.
