Main Sheet Monsoon Malabar from Sailors Coffee Company is an exceptional Indian coffee that originates from the Chikmagalur growing region of Karnataka, a Southern state in India. This medium-dark roast, perfectly timed at the 2nd crack, features Arabica varieties like Selection 795, Selection 9, Catuai, and Cauvery, grown at altitudes of 1067 to 1280 masl. The coffee undergoes a unique monsooning process, replicating the natural transformation that occurred during long sea voyages from India to Europe. This process gives the beans a distinctive size, shape, and pale yellow color, resulting in an unmatched smoothness and mellow flavor. With predominant notes of baker's chocolate and a mild, creamy finish, this coffee is a tribute to the historical journey of Indian Monsoon Malabar and the rich, flavorful experience it offers.
