Sourced from 400 family-owned farms in the Huehuetenango region, this coffee represents both the rich heritage and dedication of local farmers who cultivate their coffee on small 2-acre plots intercropped with corn and beans.

Grown at altitudes of 1,800-2,000 meters above sea level and featuring varieties like Bourbon, Catuai, and Caturra, Outhaul Guatemala Huehuetenango is carefully processed through a wet mill managed by Unitrade Coffee, an organization that supports local producers by providing access to international markets. These family farmers lack the infrastructure to process coffee on their own, so they rely on Unitrade to help bring their high-quality cherries to market. 

This medium roast coffee is celebrated for its balanced flavor profile, offering cupping notes of brown sugar, toffee, vanilla, milk chocolate, and a hint of citrus.
